Our pricing structure allows us to offer transparency, consistency, and exceptional service without the guess work !

We can serve just about any event that can accommodate our trailer on a reasonably flat surface.

Bartending Service Only

  • $50 per hour - per bartender ($200 minimum)
  • MAST certified bartenders

Silver Package

$800

  • Up to 75 guests
  • 1 consultation appointment
  • We can accommodate revisions of package components with reasonable notice
  • Bar trailer delivery and pick up within 50 miles ($2 for each additional mile)
  • 4-hour beverage service - 2 MAST or OLCC bartenders
  • 2 custom cocktails
  • Self-service water station
  • Set up and take down

Gold Package

$1500

Our Gold Package offers elevated service with premium touches. The perfect blend of style and taste, for an unforgettable mobile bar experience.

  • Up to 250 guests
  • 2 consultation appointments
  • Bar trailer delivery and pick up within 50 miles ($2 for each additional mile)
  • 4-hour beverage service - 2 MAST or OLCC bartenders
  • 2 custom cocktails
  • Standard cocktails
  • 350 custom 12 or 16 oz cups
  • Self-service water station
  • Set up and take down

Platinum Package

$2,500

Pull out all the stops ! A smooth, stress-free experience. This package covers every detail, from hand-crafted cocktails to mixologists there for every step of your event. From the bar trailer to the custom signage and color theme; the cocktails to the cups; every detail is thought of in this package, which is perfect for a large event.

  • 4-hour beverage service - 2 MAST or OLCC bartenders
  • 3 custom cocktails
  • Standard cocktails
  • 750 12 or 16 oz cups
  • Self-service water station
  • Set up and take down
  • All Packages require a $500 deposit to hold the date
  • One half to be paid 60 days before the event
  • Remaining balance due 30 days before the event

All packages include general and liquor liability insurance, beer & wine pour service, all bar tools and supplies, basic mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, ice, coolers and napkins. Specialty mixers, garnishes and supplies can be negotiated. Due to Washington and Oregon laws, we cannot provide alcohol, but we will provide you with a customized shopping list for beer, wine and/or liquor, depending on your preferred drink menu.
